1. Start your day right
If you want to radiate positivity, you need to start your day right. Strive to wake up early, giving yourself plenty of time to complete your morning routine. Start your day with a smile and tell yourself that it’s going to be a beautiful day. Did you know a smile has the benefit of strengthening your immune system, and it also releases neurotransmitters that promote a good mood.

A morning prayer may also energize your day. You can also start the day by playing music that will hype your morning. Don’t check your social media. Take this time to focus on yourself and your energy.
2. Focus on good things, big or small
There is no such thing as a “perfect day.” In every challenge throughout your day, no matter how irritating it may be, try to focus on the good. Learn to appreciate small things that you may normally take for granted.
